Flaming Medical Center provides a full range of family medicine services. We offer treatment and preventive care for all ages, from newborn to senior citizens. We look forward to serving you and your family to meet your healthcare needs and to encourage a healthy life style.

Flaming Medical Center has been serving patients from a wide geographic area since 1944. This includes Marion and Polk counties as well as surrounding areas to the north and west toward the coast. The physicians are affiliated with West Valley Hospital and Salem Hospital. The clinic utilizes a fully integrated electronic practice management and electronic health record system. Services performed at the clinic include lab, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function testing, and minor surgeries.

Tom Flaming, D.O. joined his father in the family practice in 1977 and is the current clinic Medical Director. Together they built a new facility and expanded the practice in 1981 at the current location, 1000 S.E. Uglow Ave., Dallas.

Jeff Humphrey, D.O. joined the clinic medical staff in 1987. He also serves the community as the Medical Director of the Dallas Emergency Medical Services and the Polk County Health Department.

Both physicians are board certified in family medicine and volunteer time treating patients at the local community free medical clinic.

Anna Severin, PA-C has been working with the clinic medical staff since 2001.

Chelsea Lee, MPAS, PA-C joined the clinic medical staff in the fall of 2010.

In May 2012, Flaming Medical Center affiliated with the WVP Medical Authority family of clinics. The clinic is now named WVP Medical Group-Flaming Medical Center.
